We know you'll be happy with your purchase but If you change your mind and you don’t open the product you can return it within 30 days from purchase.

Delivery methods

Your order will be couriered from FM WORLD UK HQ to your doorstep. The delivery charges depend on the value of your order:

1. Standard delivery (£6.00) for orders under £150 in value
2. Standard delivery (£4.00) for orders between £150 and £249 in value
3. Free Standard delivery for orders over £250 in value

We reserve up to 5 working days to prepare the orders for dispatch. Please consider the fact that unpredicted delays may occur that are beyond control of both FM Cosmetics UK and DPD. Therefore, if you do not receive your order within 5 business days, contact our Customer Service Department on 020 845 17776 or customerservice@fmcosmetics.co.uk), to resolve the case.

DPD Courier Company will send you an automatic text message with information about your parcel being booked. They will also provide you with its consignment number which you may use to track the parcel on the courier’s company website www.dpd.co.uk or by downloading the DPD App on www.dpd.co.uk/lp/yourdpd

On the delivery day you will receive a text message (once the parcel has been scanned and loaded on the delivery van) with the update on your parcel status stating one hour delivery slot.

For Ireland 

1. Standard delivery (£12.00) for orders under £150 in value
2. Standard delivery (£8.00) for orders between £150 and £249 in value
3. Free Standard delivery for orders over £250 in value

3. On the delivery day, you will receive another text message with the update on your parcel status stating one hour delivery slot.
4. If you are not in when the carrier attempts delivery, they will leave a card for you telling you how you may collect your order.
   
   

International Delivery

We deliver throughout the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland, Isle of Anglesey, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and The Scottish Islands).

We regret that we are unable to deliver orders outside the UK.
