Autumn is coming!

The Fit6 Programme knows that this is a season of great change for many people: returning to work after a much deserved and desired holiday, to routine and “normality”. Stress, unbridled running, taking children to school, traffic queues, bustle takes the place of tranquillity and calm of holiday days! How many times have you thought to yourself: when the holidays are over, everything will change? Or "This is the last summer I have the most weight on!" As January, September is also considered by many people as the "month of changes"! How about making your weight loss wish come true, changing your habits and have the body you've always dreamed of? Dreams can come true! With the Fit6 Programme, you can get your dream body any time of the year! The program that is with you 365 days a year! This year and this month are the perfect time to say goodbye to the holidays, but also to the extra pounds!  Get ready to have the body of your dreams! ♥

We give you some suggestions to start the autumn  with the change you want:

  • Do not spend more than 3/3:30 hours without eating, as it helps to control hunger better and prevents you from having cravings.
  • Make yourself a priority. Mark the biggest appointment in your calendar: your time to eat and take care of yourself.
  • Include protein-rich foods, such as meat, fish, egg, smoked salmon, ham, tuna or olive oil, in all your meals.
  • Always have foods rich in fibre, vitamins and minerals, such as fruits and vegetables, in your meals (pay attention to the quantities and rules of your Fit6 program).
  • Include oatmeal in one of your meals, it can be in the form of pancakes, porridge, biscuits, smoothies.
  • Drinking a minimum of 1.5 litres of water during the day is essential for weight loss and healthy skin and hair, as well as for regulating intestinal transit.
  • Organisation and planning. Choose a day of the week and organise your weekly menu with time. Plan all your daily meals, not just the main meals, but the intermediate ones as well. Thus, the lower the risk of making mistakes and the greater the probability of complying with the dietary rules of your Fit6 program.   • Colour and flavour! Discover new flavours! Bring life and colour to your meals! Vary food and confections! Remember that each food is unique and has different nutritional properties. The more variety you consume, the more nutritional wealth it will provide your body.
  • Enjoy it and have fun! As it has done so far, it has not led to achieving the results that you so much desire! Dare, take a risk and do not be afraid of change! The results in weight loss you want to achieve are those dietary changes you are so afraid to make!
