Avocado and basil salmon fillets

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon of capers
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 basil leaf
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice

Preparation:

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Mash the avocado with a fork. Chop the garlic and basil. Mix all the ingredients and pour over the salmon fillets. Bake for 20 minutes in an ovenproof dish.
