Did you know that eating certain foods will lead to a reduction in body fat?

This is due to the stimulation in metabolism, reducing appetite or dropping overall food intake.
In general, really and truly all foods burn fat however a portion of them will have a greater impact on your metabolism.
Not all calories are created equal.
Different foods go through different metabolic trace in your body.
This does not necessarily mean that you may drop a few kilograms without putting in the work.
The only way to lose weight is when you’re burning more calories than you consume!
With a proper fitness regimen, of course, what fat burning foods you eat will help you fight that stubborn body fat

Fatty Fish
Salmon, herring, sardines, mackerel, and other oily fish contain omega-3 fatty acids, it’s an excellent option for vegetarians. Furthermore, fish is a great source of protein, leaving you feeling full after each meal.

Coffee
Coffee will accelerate the fat burning process while working out. Caffeine will also improve and increase your mental well-being as well as physical performance and metabolism.

Having an egg-based breakfast will reduce your hunger and help you feel full for hours! One of the reasons why it is a fat-burning source is due to the calorie-burning during protein digestion.

Just like coffee, green tea contains caffeine.

Cayenne Pepper
