Mango cake

Mango cake


  • 1 mango
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons rolled oats
  • water to achieve the required texture


Grind the rolled oats until you obtain a floury texture. Peel the mango, dice it and crush with a fork, and then add to ground oats and eggs. Mix carefully. Add water. Knead out the dough a little and put it into a tin lined with parchment paper, and bake for 30 minutes at 180°C. When it cools down, cut into small bars and enjoy  as a snack.
