Mango Cake

Mango Cake

Ingredients:

▪ 1 mango
▪ 3 eggs
▪ 6 tablespoons rolled oats
▪ water to achieve the required texture

Preparation:

▪ Grind the rolled oats until you obtain a floury texture.
▪ Peel the mango, dice it and crush it with a fork, and then add to ground oats and eggs.
▪ Mix carefully.
▪ Add water.
▪ Knead out the dough a little and put it into a tin lined with baking paper.
▪ Bake for 30 minutes at 180°C.
▪ When it cools down, cut into small bars and enjoy as a snack.
