Skewers with Seasoned chicken and Courgette

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 glass of chopped coriander
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger coffee
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon coffee
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 4 skewer sticks

Preparation:

Leave the skewers sticks in water for at least 10 minutes. Mix the chicken breast with Olive oil, garlic, seasoning, cayenne pepper, salt and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice. Thread the skewers with the chicken and grill. Serve with grilled vegetables.
