Stuffed Mushrooms

Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

▪ 5 mushrooms
▪ 1 egg
▪ 1/2 tomato
▪ 1/2 onion
▪ 1 tablespoon mustard
▪ 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
▪ 1 teaspoon olive oil
▪ salt and pepper

Preparation:

▪ Mash the hard-boiled egg with fork and mixed it finely chopped onion, mustard and spices.
▪ Remove the stalks from mushrooms and fry them on heated olive oil for 5 minutes (or bake in the oven - 10 minutes 150oC). 
▪ Stuff the mushrooms with egg paste, top up with diced tomato and parsley.
