Tomato Chicken Curry

Ingredients:

▪ 150 g chicken breast
▪ 300 g tinned chopped tomatoes
▪ 30 g quinoa
▪ 1 garlic clove
▪ ½ red onion
▪ 1 teaspoon hot pepper powder
▪ 1 teaspoon curry powder or ¼ teaspoon garam masala
▪ ½ teaspoon lime juice
▪ 1 tablespoon olive oil
▪ salt and pepper 

Preparation:

▪ Heat the olive oil on a pan and fry diced chicken breast, season with salt and pepper.
▪ Add finely chopped garlic, onion, tomatoes and rest of the seasonings.
▪ Serve with cooked quinoa.
