Avocado and Salad Gazpacho
Ingredients:
- 3 avocados (peeled and sliced)
- ½ salad (finely chopped)
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 onion (diced)
- 2 garlic cloves (pressed)
- 3 tablespoons of Philadelphia cheese
- ham (cut into thin strips)
- 5 tablespoons of lemon juice
- pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation:
Put all ingredients in the pot, cover with water. Boil over medium heat, mixing all the time. Season with salt and pepper. Blend it and serve with strips of ham.
