Broccoli Salad

Ingredients:

▪ 1 broccoli
▪ 1 single chicken breast
▪ 10 halves of walnuts
▪ 5 grapes
▪ 1/2 cup natural yogurt
▪ 1 tablespoon of FIT6 mayonnaise
▪ 1 clove of garlic
▪ 1 tablespoon of olive oil
▪ Salt and pepper

Preparation:

▪ Divide the broccoli into florets and blanch in lightly salted boiling water.
▪ Cut the chicken into small pieces, then fry in olive oil with a little water and your favourite spices.
▪ Remove the meat from the pan, but leave it hot - add broccoli and finely chopped garlic. 
▪ Combine yoghurt with mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper.
▪ Put all the ingredients on a plate, pour over the sauce.
