Cauliflower Tabbouleh With Asparagus and Courgette
Ingredients:
- cauliflower
- fresh asparagus
- pumpkin
- courgette
- olive oil
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- thyme
- apple vinegar
- sunflower seeds
Preparation:
Cook cauliflower and mash using a fork. Chop the asparagus, pumpkin and courgette into slices, then fry on olive oil. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, thyme and apple vinegar. Fry sunflower seeds. Serve with grilled chicken or fish.
