Chewing gum? We say NO!

In our programme, we categorically say NO to chewing gum.

Chewing gum (also sugar-free) speeds up digestion, and an empty stomach is synonymous with hunger!

We recommend that you avoid this for other reasons as well. It contains a large number of dyes, artificial preservatives, and sweeteners!
