Chicken Breast Stuffed With Spinach
Ingredients:
▪ double chicken breast
▪ spinach
▪ 1 package of mushrooms
▪ olive oil
▪ 1/2 onion
▪ garlic
▪ bay leaf
▪ salt
▪ nutmeg
▪ 1/2 glass of water
Preparation:
▪ Spread the chicken breast and put the spinach between them.
▪ Season with salt and pepper and sauté in olive oil and garlic until golden.
▪ Add olive oil, half of a chopped onion, 3 cloves of crushed garlic and half of a bay leaf.
▪ Fry previously quartered mushrooms; stir when frying.
▪ Mix in a blender with half of a glass of water.
▪ Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
▪ Pour the mushroom mixture on the fried chicken breast and put it into the oven. Cook for another 20-30 minutes at 180°C.
