Crunchy Kale Crisps


  • 500g kale
  • 6 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper powder (sweet or spicy)


Spread the kale into pieces from the stem. Wash and dry. Heat the oven on 130°C, turn on the thermometer. In a bowl mix pepper powder with olive oil. Place the kale in the bowl (Kale should be fully covered in the olive oil mixture). Strain the kale pieces and place in a heat-resistant dish that should be layered with parchment paper.

Bake for 40 minutes. Throughout the baking process open oven a few times so that the steam can escape and leave your fries nice and crunchy!
