Egg-in-Ham Basket
Ingredients (serving 6):
• 6 strips of Parma ham or Prosciutto (without visible fat)
• 6 eggs
• Pepper
Preparation:
• Preheat oven to 200°C and spray a muffin traybake with non-stick cooking spray with coconut oil.
• Use each strip of ham to make a kind of basket inside the muffin tray: place the ham on the sides and base of each tin cup.
• Place the tray in the oven at 200 ºC for about 5 minutes.
• Remove the tray and place one egg in each ham basket.
• Bake again for about 12 minutes.
• Season with pepper
