FIT6 Mayonnaise
Ingredients:
▪ 2 egg yolks
▪ 1 tablespoon lemon juice
▪ 1 teaspoon of mustard powder
▪ 1/2 cup olive oil
▪ salt to taste
Preparation:
▪ Whisk the egg yolks with mustard, lemon juice and salt.
▪ Slowly add the olive oil, stirring vigorously.
▪ Put in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the mayonnaise become more solid.
You can add aromatic herbs, pressed garlic or garlic powder.
