Gallic omelette
Ingredients:
- 1 egg yolk and 3 whites
- porcini mushrooms
- chives or parsley
- 1 slice of Emmental cheese
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
Beat the eggs with a fork. Add the chopped chives, salt, sliced mushrooms and mix thoroughly. Pour the batter onto a hot non-stick pan. Fry without stirring over low heat. Then put on a plate, add a slice of cheese and wait until it has melted.
You can have it for breakfast, as a main meal or snack.
