Gluten Free Oatmeal Pancakes

 

Ingredients:

▪ 2 tablespoons of oatmeal(gluten-free oatmeal)
▪ 1/2 small banana
▪ 1 egg
▪ 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavour
▪ A handful of almonds
▪ 5 blackberries
▪ 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds
▪ Sparkling water (optional)
▪ A splash of cocoa or cinnamon (optional)

Preparation: 

▪ Grind the oatmeal to a flour texture
▪ Add egg, banana and vanilla flavour
▪ Mix everything thoroughly- If the dough is too thick, add sparkling water
▪ Fry the pancakes on both sides in a non-stick pan until golden brown
▪ Serve with whole blackberries, almonds and sesame seeds
  Optionally - sprinkle with cocoa or cinnamon
