Green cream soup

Green cream soup


  • 5 large lettuce leaves
  • 1 onion
  • 200 g of pumpkin
  • 1 courgette (200 g)
  • garlic
  • salt
  • olive oil
  • water


Put all the ingredients in a pot, cover with water, bring to a boil and cook until they become soft. Then blend with a blender into a creamy mass. Serve immediately after preparation.

Please note! Olive oil should only be added towards the end of cooking.
