Grilled Asparagus with Basil and Tomatoes
Ingredients:
- fresh green asparagus
- cherry tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of cream cheese
- chopped basil
- lime zest
Preparation:
Remove the fibres from the asparagus. Add to boiling water seasoned with salt, cook the asparagus for 5 minutes. When done, strain and put aside. Next grill the asparagus. Cut tomatoes in half. Place grilled asparagus on a plate, mix with cream cheese and add the tomatoes. Sprinkle with basil and lemon skin. Optionally season with salt, olive oil and pepper for taste.
