Grilled beef with asparagus
Ingredients:
- beef
- asparagus
- pepper
- salt
- balsamic vinegar
Preparation:
Switch on the grill function in your oven. When the oven is hot enough, place the strips of beef in the oven, sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Add asparagus and season with salt. When turning the asparagus and meat, season again and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.
One tablespoon of curd or cream cheese can be added to the asparagus.
