Kiwi Sorbet
Ingredients (serves 6):
▪ 1 kg of kiwi
▪ 10 mint leaves
▪ 4 tablespoons of lemon juice
▪ 4 tablespoons of stevia
Preparation:
▪ Peel and dice the kiwi, then blend with lemon juice, mint, stevia and a glass of water until smooth.
▪ Place the fruit mousse in a small pot and heat it up slightly - so that the stevia melts.
▪ Cooldown, put in the freezer for about an hour, meanwhile, stir a few times.
