Mango pudding
Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 mango
Preparation:
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Whisk the whites. Peel the mango, dice it and crush with a fork. Mix the mango, add egg yolks and blend. Carefully add the egg whites. Pour the mixture into a ceramic dish and place it in the pre-heated oven to 200°C. Bake until golden.
