Oat Crumpets With Bananas and Blueberries

Ingredients:

▪ 1/2 banana
▪ 5 blueberries
▪ 2 tablespoons rolled oats
▪ 1 egg
▪ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
▪ water to achieve the required texture

Preparation:

▪ Grind the rolled oats until you obtain a floury texture.
▪ Add the egg, water, banana crushed with a fork and vanilla extract.
▪ Mix until you get a uniform texture.
▪ Add the blueberries.
▪ Fry the crumpets on a non-stick pan. When they become golden, flip them on the other side.

Dust with cocoa powder or cinnamon (optional).
