Porridge

Porridge

Ingredients:

▪ 4 tablespoons rolled oats
▪ 1 cup of water
▪ cinnamon stick
▪ lemon zest
▪ stevia
▪ cinnamon powder to dust

Preparation:

▪ Add rolled oats to the water, insert the cinnamon stick and lemon zest.
▪ Cook to a  boil.
▪ Sweeten with stevia and dust with cinnamon.
