Psyllium Husk

Psyllium is a fiber derived from the seeds of Plantago ovata, a herb grown mainly in India and has plenty of health benefits:

- May aid a weight loss
- Can lower blood sugar
- May help treat diarrhoea
- Relives constipation
- Has a prebiotic effects

It can be used in various ways: in bread, cakes, pancakes, smoothies and soups.

It is recommended to intake 1 tablespoon a day on FIT6 Programme!
