▪ 50 g pumpkin
▪ 50 g kale
▪ 20 g quinoa
▪ 1 bunch chives
▪ 1 teaspoon sunflower seeds
▪ ½ handful pomegranate seeds
▪ Cook the pumpkin until it becomes soft; after cooling, peel and dice.
▪ Remove the seeds from the pomegranate.
▪ Boil the quinoa until loose. Rinse the kale with cold water and then scald it with boiling water.
▪ Chop the chives.
▪ Combine all ingredients in a bowl with your favorite spices and sprinkle with sunflower seeds.
