Soft-boiled egg
Ingredients:
- an egg (room temperature)
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of pepper
- water
Preparation:
Place the egg in a saucepan and fill with water until the egg is covered. Boil for 4 minutes. Remove the egg from the boiling water and put into cold water to stop the boiling process. Carefully remove the top of the egg shell, season with salt and pepper.
