Stage 6 - Toning
We made it! It's time to move on to the last Stage of the Programme!
Stage 6 is treated as a TONING phase, provided that physical training is added. This stage aims at stimulating muscles in order to facilitate their growth. This Stage is crucial when you went through a long-term weight loss process.
