Strawberry Mousse
Ingredients:
- 10 strawberries
- 3 egg whites
Preparation:
Blend the strawberries until smooth. Beat the egg whites. Carefully mix the stiff egg white with the strawberry puree. Keep in the fridge until it gets thicker. Dust it with 70% cocoa chocolate
It may be frozen and eaten as an ice cream, you can eat it as a snack or a breakfast.
