Sweet wrap
Ingredients:
▪ 4 tablespoons rolled oats
▪ 1 egg
▪ stevia
▪ cocoa powder
▪ water to achieve the required texture
▪ selected fruit as desired
Preparation:
▪ Grind the rolled oats until you obtain a floury texture.
▪ Add the egg, stevia and water. Mix together.
▪ Heat up the olive oil on the pan and then pour a thin layer of the mixture onto it.
▪ Brown on both sides and when done, remove it from the pan, put the fruit inside and dust with cocoa.
The sweet wrap can be served both hot and cold.
