- 4 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1 egg
- cocoa powder
- water to achieve the required texture
- selected fruit as desired
Grind the rolled oats until you obtain a floury texture. Add the egg, stevia and water. Mix together. Heat up the olive oil on the pan and then pour a thin layer of the mixture onto it. Brown on both sides and when done, remove it from the pan, put the fruit inside and dust with cocoa. The sweet wrap can be served both hot and cold.
