Tuna with Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • tinned tuna or fresh tuna steak (the fresh tuna steak needs to be fried immediately with vegetables )
  • bell peppers in different colours.
  • courgette
  • green asparagus
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • chive

 Preparation:

Cut the courgette in thin slices and the pepper in strips. Stir fry the vegetables on a pan. Season with salt, peppers and sprinkle with chives. Fry on low heat.

When the vegetables soften, add the tuna. Wait till it all cooks. Serve with cooked asparagus.
