- tinned tuna or fresh tuna steak (the fresh tuna steak needs to be fried immediately with vegetables )
- bell peppers in different colours.
- green asparagus
- olive oil
- salt & pepper
Cut the courgette in thin slices and the pepper in strips. Stir fry the vegetables on a pan. Season with salt, peppers and sprinkle with chives. Fry on low heat.
When the vegetables soften, add the tuna. Wait till it all cooks. Serve with cooked asparagus.
