Turkey Stew with Mushrooms
Ingredients:
▪ 200 g turkey breast
▪ 300 f mushrooms
▪ 100 ml vegetable stock
▪ 90 g tomato concentrate
▪ 1 onion
▪ 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
▪ 1 tablespoon olive oil
▪ salt and pepper
Preparation:
▪ Heat the olive oil on the frying pan.
▪ Dice the turkey breast and fry until cooked thoroughly with onion and mushrooms.
▪ Pour the vegetable stock and tomato concentrate to the pot, add previoulsy fried ingriedients.
▪ Stew for 15 minutes.
▪ Season to taste.
