We know today that the benefits of sufficient restful sleep are many. This is essential to maintain good health, to regulate our bodies.

Science tells us that there is an inverse correlation between sleep and fat mass.
That is, less sleep (of good quality and sufficient quantity) is associated with more body fat.

The number of hours each needs depends on the person. It can range between 6 - 9 for adults. To improve sleep quality: relax before bed, eliminate light and noise sources, adjust the pillow.
