Pepper Muffins

Pepper Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 180 g ham with no fat
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 onions
  • 6 eggs
  • salt
  • pepper
  • olive oil

Ingredients:

Heat the oven to 180°C. spread the baking tins with olive oil. Chop the ham and pepper into cubes. Chop the onion finely. Whisk the eggs,  and mix with all ingredients. Add 2 spoons of water and mix carefully. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve hot.
