Figs With Yoghurt, Toasted Walnuts and Honey

Ingredients:

• 2 ripe figs, quartered
• Half cup (100 ml) of plant-based yoghurt (soy, coconut), if it does not contain more than 7 g of carbohydrates per 100 g or 2 tablespoons (80 g) of cottage cheese
• 4 toasted walnuts, chopped
• Drizzle of honey or agave syrup (optionally)

Ingredients:

▪ 1 broccoli
▪ 1 single chicken breast
▪ 10 halves of walnuts
▪ 5 grapes
▪ 1/2 cup natural yogurt
▪ 1 tablespoon of FIT6 mayonnaise
▪ 1 clove of garlic
▪ 1 tablespoon of olive oil
▪ Salt and pepper

Ingredients for the pudding:

▪ 400 ml of milk
▪ 100 g almonds
▪ 8 spoons of chia seeds

Ingredients for the glaze:

▪ 2 oranges
▪ 400 g frozen strawberries
▪ 2 spoons of pine nuts to decorate
▪ 200 g of fresh strawberries to decorate
