Summer-flavoured sandwiches

Summer-flavoured sandwiches

Ingredients:

  • FIT6 oat bread (recipe HERE)
  • salmon
  • lemon juice
  • fennel
  • cucumber

Preparation:

Slice the cucumber very finely and cut the salmon into small cubes. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Place on the bread, sprinkle with chopped fennel. Place the cucumber on top.
