Sweet rice

Sweet rice

Ingredients:

  • 700 ml of water
  • 550 ml of milk
  • 200 g brown rice
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 4 lemon peel strips
  • 10 g stevia
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • cinnamon powder
  • 1 teaspoon of essence or vanilla extract

 Preparation:

Place the rice in water, bring to a boil, add the cinnamon stick, lemon zest and salt. When the rice is almost cooked, add  milk, essence or vanilla extract and finish cooking. Then add stevia and the egg yolk. Mix well. Cook for a few minutes. Put the rice into small bowls - a maximum of 4 tablespoons for each one. Sprinkle with cinnamon powder.
